Civislend, a platform specialising in participatory property financing, has developed over 350 homes in the province of Cádiz with an approximate investment of more than €15 million, positioning the province as the second in Andalusia in terms of the volume of property crowdlending transactions.
In total, the platform which operates as a crowdfunding service provider has launched 10 projects in towns such as Cádiz city, El Puerto de Santa María, Sanlúcar de Barrameda and Sotogrande, of which six have already been repaid and four are still ongoing.
