Care Property purchased a senior residence in Alicante for €35M

This was the first purchase of a senior accommodation facility by a listed real estate fund in the Spanish Mediterranean Coast.

Forum Mare Nostrum was owned by Grupo Goya and managed by Goya Real Estate, a developer very active in the area which is currently developing projects such as Delfin Tower, in Benidorm, and Delfin Natura, in El Albir.

The residential complex has been active for more than twenty years and features 229 apartments, with garages and storage rooms, gardens, swimming pools and other leisure facilities and a central club house with reception.

Savills Aguirre Newman and Cushman&Wakefield advised Forum de Inversiones Inmobiliarias Mare Nostrum SA on the sale.

Care Property Invest entered the Spanish market in June 2020 with the financing of two new residences located in Madrid and Móstoles and managed by Emera. At the end of last year, it concluded its third operation in the country: the purchase of residence Emera Murcia for 10.8 million euros.
