Situated in Belas, surrounded by nature and green spaces, there is a new residential project being born by Bondstone, a Portuguese fund management company. Located in Belas Clube de Campo, the Bloomia development will put a total of 123 apartments on the market, with an expected investment of 70 million euros.

Directed towards the upper middle class, the project will have typologies ranging from T1 to T4,  with launch values from 280,000 to 890,000 euros. All the apartments have private outdoor spaces and parking facilities with infrastructures for loading cars. The private condominium will have an outdoor swimming pool, gym, multipurpose room, car wash area, pet care station and delivery lockers.

The location, within Belas Clube de Campo, offers a unique lifestyle with all the conditions and facilities necessary for the well-being of families: security, green spaces, children's playgrounds, golf course, gym, tennis and paddle tennis courts, supermarket with home deliveries, service commerce, para-pharmacy, restaurant/club house, café and a school right outside the house.

One of the characteristics of this project is the involvement of the client in the creation of their home, through the possibility of personalizing the finishes of their apartment in three different ways: Pure, which favors contemporary lines in light tones; Timeless, timelessly elegant design in warm tones; and Urban, for a more city style with industrial inspiration.

This new Bondstone bet is aimed at “the rural-city lovers” who are looking to combine an urban lifestyle with the inspiring and tranquil scenery of the countryside. Thus, at an average distance of around 20 minutes from all the landmarks of Lisbon, Oeiras, Cascais and Sintra, Bloomia presents itself as a new way of living life.

Sustainability was also taken into account in the project and, as such, Bloomia will be BREEAM certified. The development is being marketed by Bondstone, Castelhana and JLL.
