The Axa insurance company's platform for student residences will buy a turnkey complex with 232 flats (for a total of 252 students) on the CEU Moncada campus from Ten Brinke.
Under the Campus brand, the new accommodation will open its doors in September 2025 and will offer 7,600 square metres, of which 595 square metres will be dedicated to common areas and services.
The building will feature a large courtyard with a lounge area and swimming pool, as well as a 100-square-metre rooftop as a private outdoor space for residents. Tenants will also have access to 68 parking spaces.
Last week, The Boost Society announced the turnkey acquisition of a student residence in Cadiz. The complex, developed by White Investing RE, will house 136 students and is scheduled to be operational in June 2025.
The Boost Society is present in Spain with five student residences (Albacete, Cádiz, Murcia, Lleida and Castellón) under the Campus brand and is strengthening its presence with the acquisition of two new complexes in Cádiz and Valencia.
