The developer is strengthening its presence in the real estate market with an investment of 63 million euros, which is earmarked for the acquisition of land in Los Cerros and Los Berrocales to develop approximately 1,000 homes, reaffirming its commitment to affordable housing in the region.
In the Los Cerros sector, Aurquia has sufficient land to build more than 600 subsidised housing units. In addition, they will soon open a sales office in El Cañaveral to promote all their projects in Los Cerros.
On the other hand, in Los Berrocales, Aurquia has plans to build more than 300 homes. They are promoting Ítaca, a project of 45 sustainable homes, and before the end of the year, they will launch 200 additional homes on the market. Approximately 80 of these will be affordable housing units (VPPL). In addition, Aurquia has opened a sales point in the area to provide information about its projects in Los Berrocales.
Ignacio Moreno, founder and CEO of Aurquia, highlights the company's adaptability to the evolutions of the residential market, consolidating its position as one of the leading real estate developers in Madrid.
