AQ Acentor has launched ten new residential developments with the aim of developing more than 1,100 homes during the first half of 2025, with more projects to be added during the year. The investment committed to these projects amounts to approximately 370 million euros and will cover all of the company's territorial divisions: Catalonia, Levante, Central and Andalusia.
With these developments, the developer will expand its activity until 2030 and will reach 8,000 homes delivered since its first acquisition of residential land in 2015. In addition, the accumulated investment in real estate projects in Spain over the last decade will exceed €3.1 billion.
AQ Acentor currently has close to 30 developments with a total of 2,700 homes under development and a committed investment of over €800 million. Catalonia concentrates the largest number of homes under development, with more than 880 units in the Metropolitan Area of Barcelona and an investment of more than 240 million euros. In Andalusia, the company is developing more than 840 homes, distributed between Seville (500 units) and Malaga (340), with investments of more than 100 and 150 million euros, respectively. In the Levante region, the developer is developing 645 homes in Valencia (for more than 190 million euros) and 175 in Murcia (for around 55 million euros). In the central area, the development in Las Rozas (Madrid) stands out, with 118 homes and an investment of 70 million euros.
‘From AQ Acentor, with the support of our partners, we have carried out a relentless activity to optimise our capacities and increase our portfolio of projects under load. Thanks to the efforts of the entire team, we are starting this year almost doubling the footprint we had at the end of 2022’, said Sergio Gálvez, CEO of AQ Acentor, who also stressed that the company continues to “monitor and identify opportunities to grow in the markets where we operate, as well as possibilities to start projects in some places where we are not yet active”.
