AEDAS Homes has announced the development of a new residential development in the Alicante municipality of El Verger, next to Denia, with an expected investment of around 30 million euros. The project, called Edenia, will comprise 137 one, two and three-bedroom homes and will be located near the beaches of Les Deveses and La Almadraba.
According to the developer, the development will include ground floor apartments with gardens of between 40 and 100 sqm, and penthouses with terraces of up to 50 square metres. Prices will start at 230,000 euros, including garage.
Edenia has been designed as a gated development with access control and will have communal areas including a swimming pool, gardens, cycle and running lane, gym, sauna, Jacuzzi, outdoor recreational areas, chill out areas, social club with a gastroteca and games room, and a coworking room.
The homes will incorporate energy efficiency systems such as centralised aerothermal energy for the production of domestic hot water (DHW) and electricity supply through photovoltaic energy. The developer expects these measures to achieve an AA energy rating.
The development is located in an enclave with access to the Mediterranean Motorway (AP-7) and the N-332, which allows direct connection to Dénia, Alicante and Valencia. The municipality of El Verger has basic services and maintains a bicycle lane connection with Dénia.
According to Javier García, manager of AEDAS Homes developments in Alicante, the project is aimed at both local demand and national and international buyers interested in second homes. García has indicated that the development has already aroused interest prior to its commercial launch.
