Aedas sells a BTR project in Seville to Primevest for €21M

Aedas Homes has sold the German institutional investor Primevest Capital Partners a turnkey development of 125 homes that will be rented out in Seville for 21 million euros. This is the first operation in Spain of the German real estate manager, as reported by both companies on Friday.

This project is part of the residential development under construction Jardines Hacienda Rosario, which is located in the East Seville area. The development will consist of seven buildings with a total of more than 1,000 homes, in addition to 37,000 sqm of common areas that include two swimming pools, six paddle tennis courts, a soccer field, a basketball court, a playground for children, a running circuit of more than one km, a social club or gardens.

The project sold by Aedas to Primevest Capital Partners will be the third of the buildings to be completed by the Spanish developer in the residential area, after Las Damas and La Danza. The delivery of the property, which has 199 parking spaces and 125 storage rooms, is scheduled for the beginning of next year.

Deloitte has advised Aedas Homes on the transaction, which has been coordinated by Antonio Fernández, manager of Alternative Developments for the real estate company. On the part of the German manager, Messures has acted as intermediary and advisor, all being coordinated by Enrique Molina Campos, with Arcadis España Design & Consultancy as technical consultant and CMS as legal advisor.
