Aedas Homes has begun marketing the second phase of a residential development in Estepona which, as a whole, will involve an investment of over €100 million and will comprise around 150 homes.
The new phase includes 86 two- and three-bedroom homes distributed across ground floors, first floors and penthouses with solariums. Prices start at €646,000.
The project is located in the Buenas Noches area, 500 metres from La Galera beach, near Estepona Bay. The area continues to see development activity linked to both second homes and international demand, in a market that continues to show dynamism on the western Costa del Sol.
The homes include terraces of more than 40 sqm on average and double orientation. The complex includes a separate community building with spaces for co-working, meeting rooms, a wellness area with a gym and spa, as well as heated and outdoor swimming pools.
According to Carolina Sánchez, Aedas' representative on the Costa del Sol, the development is part of a project that completes the Buenas Noches area within the planned development of the zone.
With this phase, the developer is moving forward with one of its main projects in the province of Málaga, in a context of sustained residential activity in municipalities such as Estepona, where demand for mid- to high-priced housing remains strong in both the replacement and second home segments.
