Aedas Homes has unveiled the Lunara residential project in the Cádiz municipality of La Línea de la Concepción, a development of 98 homes situated on the seafront in the Torrenueva area. This initiative marks the company’s entry into the province of Cádiz with a range of properties starting from €323,000. Construction is expected to begin in 2026, with the first homes due for handover by the end of 2028.
The development, designed by the architectural firm LVA Lahuerta Vázquez-Reina Arquitectura, comprises two- and three-bedroom homes. Each unit includes a parking space, a storage room and terraces ranging in size from 15 to 25 sqm.
The project includes the installation of geothermal systems and solar panels, as well as offering owners options to customise the interior layout of the units.
The residential development is located in an area close to the Rock of Gibraltar and its airport. The site’s communal facilities will include outdoor swimming pools, landscaped areas with sustainable vegetation, a social club and a children’s playground.
According to information provided by the developer, the current demand profile includes both investors and domestic and international clients working in the Gibraltar area.
The developer currently manages land across Spain to develop around 18,000 additional homes in 13 autonomous communities and 24 provinces, operating through six regional offices.
