AEDAS Homes has started a new residential development in the Valencian town of Paterna, in which it will invest 25 million euros. This is the developer's second project in this town, following a first development launched earlier. The new complex, called Llunare, is located in Valterna, an area integrated in the metropolitan area of Valencia, about 15 minutes from the city centre.
The project involves the construction of 89 two-, three- and four-bedroom homes, including typologies such as ground floor apartments with terraces and penthouses. All units will have a garage and storage room. In addition, the complex will have communal areas such as a communal swimming pool, gymnasium, coworking space, bicycle parking, concierge and intelligent mailboxes.
According to Dolores Rubio, manager of AEDAS Homes Developments in Valencia, the development is aimed primarily at local buyers between the ages of 30 and 45, both for first homes and replacement properties. Investor interest is also expected due to the location of the project.
In terms of sustainability, the company has assured that the homes will have an A energy rating and Ecoliving seal. Among the measures planned are the use of aerothermal systems for domestic hot water production and the pre-installation of charging points for electric vehicles.
The development is well connected to the Valencian capital and its airport, both by road, via the Autovía de Ademuz, and by public transport, with the L141 bus line, which links to several metro lines.
AEDAS Homes considers this development as part of its growth strategy in the Valencia metropolitan area. According to Dolores Rubio, the developer plans to continue with new residential investments in this area.
