Spanish developer Aedas Homes has unveiled two large-scale residential projects on the Costa del Sol, committing €200m to build 380 homes in Estepona’s western “New Golden Mile.”
The two schemes, Unika and Zenity, will further consolidate Estepona’s position as a leading hub for high-quality residential development between Marbella and Sotogrande.
Unika, located in the Buenas Noches area, represents an €85 million investment and is due for delivery in 2027. The project includes 150 two- and three-bedroom apartments across ground floor units, first-floor homes and penthouses with private solariums, all with fitted kitchens and large terraces overlooking Estepona Bay and La Galera beach. Amenities will include a standalone community centre with co-working spaces, a gym, heated pool, sauna and hammam. “The integration of the development into its surroundings makes Unika a magical place to relax and unwind,” said Carolina Sánchez, Aedas Homes’ Costa del Sol representative.
Meanwhile, Zenity comprises 230 homes divided across four distinct developments, with a combined investment of around €85 million. Azure, a complex of 84 units, is nearing completion and scheduled for imminent delivery. Indigo, offering 33 apartments with exclusive communal facilities, is slated for handover in 2026. Cyan, the most exclusive phase, features eight villas of more than 300 sq m each, with private pools. Finally, Blau will deliver 105 residences with high-end finishes, underfloor heating and sustainable landscaped gardens.
Together, the projects mark one of Aedas Homes’ largest commitments on the Costa del Sol, strengthening its presence in an area where demand for premium residential schemes continues to grow.
