Aedas Homes has begun construction on the first phase of a new residential development in the northern part of Murcia. The project includes a total of 198 homes divided into two phases of 99 units each, with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms.
According to the company, the homes are scheduled for delivery in the second quarter of 2028. The first phase, currently on the market, has already registered dozens of reservations.
The development, called Satia, is located between Juan Carlos I and Juan de Borbón avenues, in the CR5 area, near Plaza Brigada Paracaidista and Doctor Pascual Parrilla avenue. The site is located about two kilometres from the city centre and about 500 metres from the Juan Carlos I tram stop.
The residential complex will have common areas such as a rooftop swimming pool with a solarium, a community room on the ground floor and outdoor spaces for outdoor activities. The homes were launched on the market with prices starting at €135,000 and are currently available from €169,000.
The project will have an A energy rating and will incorporate a communal aerothermal system for the production of domestic hot water, as well as individual ventilation systems in the homes.
In addition to this project, the company has other residential developments in the city of Murcia, including Gaudia, a 196-home development whose second phase is pending delivery.
