Developer Vizta has moved its headquarters to the Edifício Duarte Pacheco 26, taking 500 sqm in one of the most established office buildings in Lisbon’s Amoreiras area, a lease process conducted by Dils. The relocation comes at a time of strong growth for the company, both in the number of projects under development and in the expansion of its team.
The building, which totals around 7,500 sqm, has recently undergone a full refurbishment, introducing upgraded finishes, contemporary common areas and a redesigned lobby. Its combination of centrality, visibility and flexible floorplates made it a suitable fit for the company’s next phase. Vizta will adapt the open-space layout to match its operational model and internal workflows.
