Tishman Speyer and Freo Group have completed the acquisition of the Two Parc Central office building, located at 128 Carrer Bilbao in Barcelona’s 22@ district. The seller is Värde Partners, which owned the property through its majority stake in Dos Puntos Asset Management. The value of the transaction has not been disclosed.
Completed in February 2025, Two Parc Central comprises 24,210 sqm and has 190 parking spaces. Its floor area is spread across 10 column-free, open-plan floors and features catering facilities, a lobby and bicycle parking, as well as over 1,000 sqm of panoramic terraces. It has obtained Well Platinum, LEED Platinum and WiredScore Gold certifications. The joint venture plans to implement a specific capex programme.
Two Parc Central office building is located within the 22@ district, 250 metres from Avenida Diagonal, with access to metro lines L1 and L4, the tram network and a direct link to the airport via the C-31.
Uría Menéndez, CBRE, PwC and Gleeds have advised Tishman Speyer and Freo Group on the transaction, while Garrigues and Cushman & Wakefield have advised Dos Puntos.
