New Winds Group has acquired the Málaga Halley office building from Aliseda in a transaction for an undisclosed amount. Savills and CBRE advised Aliseda on the deal.
Located on Avenida de Velázquez in Málaga, the property comprises approximately 8,800 sqm of office space and 180 parking spaces.
The acquisition follows the refurbishment and repositioning of the asset by Aliseda, including works to modernise its facilities and improve its efficiency. Following the works, Málaga Halley obtained a BREEAM In-Use Very Good certification, which assesses the environmental performance of buildings during their operational phase.
The building is occupied by Securitas, Davante and Aliseda. Its location provides connections to Málaga Airport, the MA-21 and the city's main transport routes.
The acquisition expands New Winds Group's presence in Málaga's office market, where it already owns the Edificio Aries and the office building within Málaga Plaza, as well as the shopping centre of the same name.
Controlled by the Reyzabal family through the Marqués Saralegui branch, New Winds Group has a diversified national portfolio spanning offices, hotels, car parks and shopping centres. The group also has activities in renewable energy, infrastructure, private equity, capital markets, leisure and food and beverage.
