Matritense Socimi, managed by the real estate investment management company BWRE, has announced the sale of a 511 sqm asset at 7 República Argentina Street in Madrid for a price of 3,580,000 euros.
With this latest sale, Matritense Socimi has now sold all the non-strategic assets in its portfolio.
Wynn Williamson, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of BWRE, said: "For 2023 our efforts will be focused on expanding our portfolio of rental housing assets. We are therefore studying new property opportunities in or near the M-30 in Madrid".
In this regard, Eduardo Losada, CEO of Matritense Socimi explains: "We want to offer our investors a safe and clear product such as rental housing investment, which is 100% of Matritense Socimi's assets. That is why we are committed to a reliable strategy that allows us to create a solid portfolio with projection".
