The French Socimi Iroko Zen has closed the acquisition from a Madrid family office of a complex in the Leganés Technology Park, according to Brainsre.news.
The asset is located at Calle Margarita Salas 26, in the Leganés Technology Park. The asset has 1,580 sqm built, more than 1,000 sqm dedicated to industry and the remaining space to offices.
The operation has been advised by Guillaume Sainpy of Iremcap, in the case of the buyer; Isaac Hernández, from Grupo Iscar, with the seller; and Juan Manuel Garcia. González of eXp Realty, between both parties.
