Colonial SFL has reached €350 million in divestments by March 2026, which represents 70% of the total €500 million plan announced in November, with strong market interest enabling the company to make progress ahead of schedule and achieve sale prices above the valuation.
Recently, Colonial SFL completed the disposal of the Tucumán office building in Madrid (non-CBD) for over €24 million.
The sale of Tucumán has been complemented by additional residential disposals, including the divestment of Pacífico Viviendas in Málaga for over €20 million, as well as further transactions in Madrid (Paseo de la Castellana 157 and Euterpe).
“These disposals reflect our disciplined approach to portfolio management, enabling us to crystallize value from mature assets while delivering progress on our disposal programme. This execution reinforces our capital rotation strategy and our focus on optimizing portfolio quality”, noted Juan Manuel Ortega, Chief Investment Officer of Colonial SFL.
