CIP acquires 2,000 sqm offices in Madrid for hotel conversion

In the first half of 2025, Spain recorded 23 officially identified changes of use totalling 137,000 sqm. While slightly below last year’s pace, the momentum remains notable: 52% of these transformations originated from office buildings.
