Located adjacent to the A5 motorway between Lisbon and Cascais, Miraflores Premium comprises three office buildings with a combined 20,570 sqm of lettable space. The complex also includes ground-floor retail and service units, underground parking with electric-vehicle charging, and large, flexible floorplates.
MEAG is currently undertaking a comprehensive refurbishment and upgrade of the entire complex in partnership with leading architects and the Municipality of Oeiras. Works include the requalification of exterior areas, improved common zones, and the introduction of wellbeing spaces. All three buildings are progressing through BREEAM certification as part of the owner’s wider sustainability strategy.

The new lease marks another occupation in the repositioned Miraflores Premium 3, which is being modernised to offer enhanced natural light, technological upgrades and improved workplace efficiency—qualities that aligned with Allianz Partners’ operational requirements and sustainability objectives.
