Montepino has secured sustainable financing of €460 million from ING, in a deal that extends the agreement signed in 2021 and incorporates ESG criteria into its financial structure.
In its report for the third quarter of 2025, the company had already indicated that the first significant debt in its structure was due to mature in June 2026 and that it had begun discussions with various financial institutions to finalise the refinancing well in advance.
At the end of the first nine months of 2025, Montepino had secured €696 million in financing and had drawn down €664 million. During the same period, its property investments stood at €1.557 billion, having increased by €81 million compared to December 2024.
This transaction follows the refinancing agreed in 2021, when Bankinter Investment and ING secured a €470 million loan, with a five-year term and a loan-to-value ratio of 51%, as the company announced at the time.
