Global Alpha cuts stake in Meliá with €135M share sale

The Montreal-based asset manager disposed of around 16.9 million shares, according to a filing with the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV). Following the transaction, Global Alpha’s direct stake in Meliá has fallen to 2.329% of the company’s share capital.
