Vinted Go, Vinted's logistics division, has expanded its logistics presence in the Community of Madrid after signing a lease for a second module in the Los Almendros "Citydox" industrial park, located in Torrejón de Ardoz. With this operation, the company now has a total area of 25,362 sqm in this enclave.
In the first quarter of 2025, Vinted Go leased module E1, with a surface area of 13,808 sqm. Added to this surface area are now the 11,554 sqm of the adjacent module E2, which will be used to house part of its logistics operations linked to e-commerce.
The Citydox complex is located in the municipality of Torrejón de Ardoz, a location with direct access to the main transport routes in the Madrid metropolitan area and close to key infrastructure such as Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport. The location allows it to serve logistics operations associated with urban and last-mile distribution.
CBRE acted as intermediary in the transaction, advising on the marketing and closing of the agreement, together with Knight Frank, the project's marketing agent.
Daniel Feliu Álvarez, Industrial & Logistics Director at the consultancy firm, points out that this type of transaction reflects the importance of the logistics market in the Central Zone, where Madrid and its surroundings account for a significant part of the demand for space from companies looking to set up in Spain, supported by connectivity, the availability of warehouses and the concentration of end users.
