The developer Loiola has launched its first logistics project in the Community of Madrid, which will be developed on a plot of more than 700,000 sqm located in the municipality of San Martín de la Vega.
After being awarded the land, the company will allocate €37 million to its acquisition. Added to this investment will be the costs of external development and internal development work on the logistics site, according to the company.
The chosen site is strategically located next to Warner Madrid Park and has direct access to the Autovía del Sur (A-4) motorway, one of the main routes connecting Madrid and the south of the peninsula, which will facilitate operations and the movement of goods in the area.
This operation expands Loiola's activity in the logistics segment, where it has already developed projects for international operators in locations such as Valencia and Bizkaia.
