EEE puts up for sale 730,000 sqm of industrial and tertiary land in Valencia

Espacios Económicos Empresariales (EEE) has approved the release onto the market of more than 730,000 sqm of industrial and tertiary land in the Valencian Community, concentrated in the Parc Sagunt II business development. The decision was taken by the Board of Directors of the public company, which is 50% owned by the Valencian Regional Government and SEPIDES.

The operation is structured into two separate marketing specifications. The first corresponds to the rest of the IN1 industrial plot, which has a total area of 618,398.02 sqm and can be purchased as a whole or in sub-plots. In this area, areas of 164,407.59 sqm, 388,377.50 sqm, 32,816.64 sqm and 32,690.24 sqm are being offered.

This new phase follows the previous award of plot IN1-C, with an area of 381,804.16 sqm, to the company Alveston ITG, which has allowed the rest of the area to be reorganised for marketing.

The second set of specifications includes four plots for tertiary use compatible with industrial activity, located in the immediate vicinity of the future battery gigafactory of PowerCo, a subsidiary of the Volkswagen Group. These plots have areas of 21,446.92 sqm, 11,790.04 sqm, 58,117.55 sqm and 21,374.97 sqm, which together exceed 112,000 sqm.

The procedure establishes a three-month period for the submission of implementation proposals, which will end on 30 March 2026. The sale of the land will be carried out exclusively in cash and in accordance with the conditions set out in the specifications approved by the Board of Directors.

Parc Sagunt II is one of the main industrial developments in the Mediterranean arc, with a location linked to the Port of Sagunto and connected to the main road network, the Mediterranean Corridor and a future intermodal railway platform. Large-scale industrial and logistics projects have been implemented in this area, including the PowerCo gigafactory and the Inditex Group's logistics centre.

Espacios Económicos Empresariales is the public entity responsible for the development and management of the Sagunto logistics area through the Strategic Territorial Project, with the aim of promoting already developed industrial and logistics land for the implementation of business projects.
