The Mallorcan chain Universal Beach Hotels bought the hotel MySeaHouse Neptuno at the end of 2022. A 4* hotel with 114 rooms, located in Playa de Palma, Mallorca.
The hotel was built in the 1950s and is a classic hotel on the Mallorcan tourist scene, which stands out for its beachfront location and its extraordinary sea views. The chain plans to carry out a renovation, estimated at 5 to 6 million euros of investment, which will take place over the coming winter to bring the design and facilities up to Universal Beach Hotels' brand and quality standards.

The extraordinary location of the hotel and the difficulty of finding opportunities in such important tourist areas as Playa de Palma, have been key to the successful closing of the transaction. The sale process, the amount of which has not been disclosed, has been exclusively advised by Colliers and involves the change of ownership and management of this hotel asset.
