The Israeli hotel chain Leonardo Hotels has closed the purchase of the Ocean Drive Portals Nou hotel in Mallorca, until now in the hands of Marc Rahola Matutes OD Group.
The establishment is located in Portals Nou, in the municipality of Calciá, one of the most exclusive areas of the Balearic island, it has 77 rooms and a four-star superior category. Among its main claims is its space to hold events both inside and outside, with the Pool Terrace and the Sky Bar.
After the purchase, the hotel will be operated under the name of Leonardo Boutique Hotel Mallorca Port Portals.
In the operation, Hogan Lovells has acted as legal advisor to Leonardo Hotels, while PwC has done the same with the seller.
