SWISS LIFE AM ACQUIRES TWO SPANISH HOTELS FROM SIXTH STREET FOR €26M

The Swiss investment manager has acquired the 270-room El Palmeral in Roquetas de Mar and the 129-room Lloret Santa Rosa in Girona, with Pierre et Vacances remaining as operator under new lease agreements.
