Organized by Vida Imobiliária and Promevi, Porto Urban Renewal Week is a yearly event that takes place in Porto and Lisbon since 2013, having contributed through the last years to boost the activity and debate around urban renewal in Portugal. It has a big support from the Porto and Lisbon municipalities, investors and also the corporate, associative and academic worlds.
This year, from the 26th of November until the 2nd of December, Palácio da Bolsa hosted a series of conferences, gatherings, workshops, and seminars where more than 100 speakers took part representing several companies from the sector.
The new housing policies, the unique energetic moment in Porto's market, financing, sustainability, local housing, mobility within cities, innovation and urban development were some of the themes on the agenda for this year's event, keeping the focus on urban renewal and the boost this activity gave to the country's and Porto's international projection.
