Único Hotels, a set of boutique hotels, concluded the sale of Hotel Único Madrid. The seller was advised by CBRE, whereas Aiga Advisory, from group Grupo A&Gel, advised the buyer, a private investor.
According to the terms of the transaction, Único Hotels will keep operating the hotel through a 20-year lease. The company will still be able to re-buy the building at various moments during the term of the contract.
Hotel Único Madrid has 44 rooms, several facilities, a well-kept interior garden and also hosts, restaurant Ramón Freixa Madrid, with Michelin stars.
Único Hotels concludes, with this divestment, the process it started a few months ago to reinforce its balance so as to face the consequences of the current sanitary crisis.
