With a total surface area of 4,480 m2, spread over 9 floors of residential use and commercial area of 1,172 m2, the property dates from the beginning of the 20th century, built to host the Fontalba Theater and housing, and converted later into offices.
This is the 4th property of Thor Equities in the center of Madrid, counts Spanish Real Estate. It made its first purchase in 2015, namely the old offices of Kutxabank in Puerta del Sol. It purchased the entire building to El Corte Inglés for €65 million.
In February 2017 it bought the number 5 of Puerta del Sol for about €50 million, and more recently the number 16 of Calle Fuencarral, for €20 million (this one already sold, meanwhile, to the German fund Union Investment).
