This investment was carried out by the company’s logistic division which was created in 2019, Thor Logis, according to a press release issued by the company.
The 10.500 sqm (10.300 sqm for logistic and 200 sqm for offices) asset located at Carretera Mataro-Granollers in the Barcelona region, also includes 15 loading bays and a ground clearance of 10 to 14 meters. The building is currently leased to DSV for 58.80 euro psm.
