This is the main conclusion of the latest edition of the PropTech map in Spain, prepared by the international consultant Savills Aguirre Newman, together with Finnovating, a disruptive consultant, which divides these technology companies into 10 categories that are transforming the real estate sector in our market.
Among the categories that include more companies, stand out the portals and marketplaces, platforms where different market players provide information about their products and/or services, in which more than 50 companies are listed; peer to peer platforms (P2P) -decentralized platforms where, without intermediaries, owners can rent and/or sell their properties directly- that reach 36 companies, and those dedicated to virtual reality/visuals startups, reaching the 25 companies.
