In addition, in a way to recognize the most important PropTech of the year, arise the Premios PropTech Unconference 2017 for the best PropTech. This initiative organized by PropTech.es and Finnovating has the support of Aguirre Newman Digital.
The organizers emphasize that “after attending many conferences, there was a lack of a real conversation about the sector”. They say that, in general, these are events “with assistants whom see this phenomena as observers and don’t have a real insight about the next steps to take”.
The main difference of this initiative is that there are no conferences, meaning that all the attendants are key players and will debate, among them, the challenges, opportunities and trends of the sector, collaboratively, to promote innovation and development in the real estate in Spain. This event also aims to build connections with the entire ecosystem, through high level of networking, which will be encouraged all day.
