With the interannual advance of September, the sale-purchase of homes sum five consecutive months of increases. However, the September upturn was five points lower than in August (+ 16%).
Transactions on second-hand homes increased by 9.6% in September compared to the same month in 2016, to a total of 31,557, while the purchase of new homes advanced by 17.7% in year-on-year rate, to 7,053 transactions.
