17.9% of the houses transferred by purchase-sale in 2017 were new and 82.1% were second-hand. The number of operations on new houses increased by 10.8% and the second-hand 15.4% with respect to 2016.
90.2% of the houses transferred were free and 9.8% protected. The number of free houses transferred by purchase-sale increased by 15.1% regarding to 2016 and the protected by 9.5%.
