According to EjePrime, this new retail park will be a «hybrid» project, with catering, leisure or food operators.
At the moment, the Dutch company also has a new commercial project and business park at the bay of Cadiz, a 20 million euro investment at Batería de la Arfila road, in the old Tiro Janer industrial park, which should be finished by 2020.
The deadlines for the opening were not disclosed.
