Ten Brinke wants to build a new shopping centre in Malaga

<p>Ten Brinke is in negotiations with Malaga Council to build a new shopping centre. This transaction should be achievable through the change of use of land from the former Salyt brick factory, which the PGOU includes in an industrial zone. </p>

According to some market sources, quoted by Spanish Real Estate, The Council require that the construction of a large shopping centre also brings some kind of economic compensation, as occurred in the expansion of the Plaza Mayor shopping centre, so that this sum also leads to improvements in access.
