This increase is still pending final approval by the shareholders who should meet on the coming 22nd of April.
In order to carry out the capital increase, the REIT should launch 3.71 million shares on the Mercado Alternativo Bursátil, where it is listed and where the company itself announced the news. The value per share is set at 4.07 euro.
