In the Catalan capital, the building was acquired from REIT Elaia. It has a total 3.800 sqm and 60 apartments according to EjePrime. The office building is fully leased to RTL.
Teleno thus now has 8 buildings in its portfolio, and a 200 million euro investment in pipeline.
