The building, built in 1928, is located in the centre of Barcelona, at Plaza Catalunya, one of the city’s main tourist and commercial areas. It has an 8.530 sqm GLA spread out through eleven floors and an attic.
According to Expansión, the building won’t remain on the market for long. Telefonica intends to close the deal during this year’s first semester or at the beginning of the following semester.
