Tander Inversiones, concluded the purchase of a commercial asset located at number 15 calle Goya, in Madrid. The information was submitted by the Canadian investment company Premiere Alliance, in an operation which should be ratified at their next shareholders’ meeting.
No more details concerning the operation were disclosed. Nevertheless, the company should request its shareholders permission to carry out a 25.5 million euro financing operation. It should also conclude a loan with its majority shareholder – or, if not possible, with one of its companies – for 25 million euro.
This operation represents Tander Inversiones’ debut in Madrid’s retail market. Tander, which started being listed in 2018, has a retail portfolio spread across Barcelona, Bilbao, San Sebastian, Santander, Porto, Lisbon and Rome. Amongst its tenants are Banco Sabadell, FC Barcelona and Inditex.
