T Rowe increases share in Axiare to be part of Colonial

T Rowe will enter in the capital of Colonial through a 2% increase in its participation in Axiare, on which Colonial has successfully executed its takeover bid.

The American T Rowe was the only shareholder who hasn’t left Axiare at Colonial's takeover bid. The manager will increase its share of 4.4 million to 8.1 million shares of Colonial. As explained by EjePrime, the fund will receive 1.85 shares of Colonial, at the rate of €2.5, for each Axiare share, whose nominal value is €10.
