Similarly, real estate turnover increased by 19% to € 82 million, while gross operating profit (Ebitda) increased by 18% to €62 million. This has been confirmed by the group to the National Securities Market Commission.
The growth in profit is the result of an increase in income from revenues, as well as the incorporation of 87% of the Axiare business in February, in addition to the 33 contracts signed, representing 73,000 m2; the increase of the acquisitions and the greater delivery of projects. Remarkable is the good performance of the group in all markets where it operates: Barcelona (+ 5%) thanks to the increase in rental prices of the entire portfolio, Madrid (+ 8%) mainly driven by contracts of the assets José Abascal 45, Alfonso XII , Genoa 17 and Castellana 52; and Paris (+ 6%).
In addition, the group concluded 30 rental contracts for offices corresponding to 28,000 m2, with annual revenues of €10 million. Additionally, it concluded three rental contracts in the logistics market, corresponding to 45,000 m2.
