This project consists of 2 5 floor office buildings with a total area of 19.000 sqm. According to El Economista and EjePrime, the complex should cost around 55 million euro.
This is one more of Starwood’s investments in the Spanish office segment, where, last year alone, the company invested a total 600 million euro. More recently, at the end of last year, Starwood acquired the Las Mercedes business park, also in Madrid.
