Barcelona Meeting Point starts on October 18
The real estate event will open its doors from 18 to 22 October at “Fira de Barcelona” with eyes set on the housing needs of the new generations, and starting a new stage of the fair that gives priority to innovation applied to the sector and the creation of a virtual community that continues its know-how over the year.
The 21st Fair and BMP International Symposium receives companies from 16 countries in Palace 8 of Montjuïc, at a time when macroeconomic data confirm the recovery of the sector and in which the real estate initiates a paradigm change.
The concept PropTech, the technology applied to the real estate sector will be a star theme since it affects from construction processes to the investment, financing, big data or home automation, among others. The BMP International symposium will study how real estate has been affected by this technological revolution.
Another novelty of the 2017 edition is the emphasis that the hall will give to international networking. As the name indicates, BMP is the reference point of the real estate sector that serves to attract the great international investors and the foreign companies that want to do business in Spain, so that they know the leaders and they take the pulse of the sector. To achieve that, BMP organizes the Barcelona Funds Meeting which brings together international funders, for the fourth consecutive year.
BMP 2017 will concentrate the Investors Cluster - which will bring together real estate investment professionals -, the Luxury Real Estate Cluster - dedicated to luxury and high-end products -, and Reform Point - which will show the offer of companies linked to the sectors of the renovations, the interior decoration, the facilities and the rehabilitation.
