Organized by the Consorci de Zona Franca de Barcelona, the event is committed to the profound transformation motivated by new technologies that are revolutionizing the real estate sector with the rise of new business models, new profiles of professionals, new tools, new ways of relating to customers or new opportunities.
Jordi Cornet, special representative of the State in the Consorci de Zona Franca de Barcelona (CZFB) and president of BMP, explained that "this year we have completely redefined Barcelona Meeting Point, reinforcing its international character, bringing it closer to the city of Barcelona to be able to benefit from all the attractions of this unique city in the world, redesigning the exhibition plan to improve the experience of visiting the fair, committed to the latest trends and innovations in the sector, with a Symposium that will gather the main international players, creating an extensive program of networking activities, and looking at and proposing social solutions to the challenges presented by the housing market."
To this end, Barcelona Meeting Point has created an Innovation Committee composed by professional experts from the sector who, through monthly meetings, are advising the event to adapt to the new reality of the sector and provide the best response to these new needs. "The result of all this will be a new and very innovative BMP, much more attractive and that will turn the city of Barcelona into the capital of the international real estate sector in the autumn," states Jordi Cornet.
