This edition of SIMA received 9.5% more visitors than in 2017. This significant increase in attendees at the fair adds to the increase in the exhibition area, 12% more than in 2017, until reaching 14,500 m2 and the number of exhibitors, 13% more, exceeding the 300, of which 10% are international.
"It’s an increase in visitors in line with the estimates we had and a clear indicator that the recovery of housing demand and the consolidation of the residential market are a fact," says Eloy Bohúa, general director of SIMA.
