To reach a profitability equal or above 8% is the main goal of the managing company which currently has 66 assets and 28.000 parking lots in its portfolio. According to newspaper Cinco Días, this new fund should raise 60 million euro, which will be added to the 132 million euro already invested in the aforementioned portfolio, reaching 192 million euro in total.
This is not the first time, the management company operates in this segment. According to the Spanish newspaper, this journey started in 2016, when Sabadell launched a 150 million euro fund specialized on this type of investment.
